At TTV, we believe quality is the foundation of every business. It’s essential to implement a quality policy across the board in order to meet the highest quality standards, all while satisfying all requirements and protections, including those relating to health and the environment.

TTV valves are designed and produced in a way that meets the most significant international standards. They’re tested hydrostatically and bidirectionally in accordance with ISO 5208 before being sent to the customer.

We’re able to carry out the following tests: body pressure tests and closure of the valve, non-destructive tests: radiographies, ultrasounds, magnetic particles and liquid penetrants, Charpy test, positive identification of materials, testing materials at low temperature, fire safe in accordance with API 607/API 6FA/ISO 10497 and FDA Regulation 1935/2004.
