Energy
Over the last few decades, the total consumption of energy around the globe increased at a rate of 5.2% in general and 3.3% per capita, tripling from a total of 2.6 billion tonnes of carbon equivalent. In 2020, the global pandemic and lockdowns triggered the worst economic crisis since World War II, with the effects mainly being felt in service industries, transport and carbon-intensive power generation.
The new FER abilities installed (wind, solar, photovoltaic) have enjoyed a greater rate of growth during the crisis, and it’s expected that this rate will continue. TTV is on board with this developmental growth in environmentally friendly renewable energies, offering a broad range of products for photovoltaic, solar thermal, hydroelectric installations and installations for producing organic fuel, etc.
